We always do the right thing and act with honesty, encouraging a culture of transparency and responsibility. We will investigate all concerns and complaints and take appropriate actions.
The safety of our members and staff team is always a top priority. We will always provide a safe training environment, ensuring all training equipment and machines are serviced and maintained to the highest standards. Everyone is shown how to train and use the equipment safely and effectively. We always ensure that the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the building.
