Nic has been an enthusiastic medium and long distance runner for the last 10 years; regularly taking part in events from 5k through to marathon distances. It is through improving her performance by cross training including weights and a variety of cardio workouts that her passion for fitness grew.
With early experiences of sport at school being for the “cool gang” at school and not naturally having exercise as part of a regular hobby, Nic often found the gym environment intimidating. It’s having overcome this that a passion to help others find their own routes to health and fitness that prompted a career change in 2016.
Outside of work, Nic loves food and is often trying new recipes that make healthy options tasty! She is also kept continually entertained by her Romanian rescue dog Mo; he’s a good excuse to get outside and enjoy the countryside and walk off the baking!
Nic is partial to the odd challenge having climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and been part of the winning team to complete the 3 Peaks within 24 hours.
