Shelley Mudd : Personal Trainer
Shelley has always been interested in sport & fitness, competing at county level in both hockey and athletics. She decided to pursue a career in fitness after studying leisure and sport management at university and then going on to complete her Level 2 fitness instructor and Level 3 personal trainer in 2005. After completing these qualifications she went into fitness instructing and personal training and never looked back!! Not long after she went on to do her Spin, Pilates, Boxing and Pound qualifications! She loves teaching classes and likes to make it fun as well as pushing everyone to be their best!
Out of the gym she enjoys running and spending time with her ‘well behaved’ children!! She is also partial to a well-deserved glass of wine after a hard week at work and looking after the children.
