I have always had a natural interest in sport and exercise from a very young age, I naturally gravitated towards cricket and discovered I had a natural ability to play the game, I played for most of my childhood and have played for teams such as Loughborough Town and 1st team cricket for school. My first experience with a gym environment was at my secondary school gym at the age of 15, I immediately took to it and developed an passion for working out, I started training properly at 16 and never stopped, the passion I had for working out is what fuelled my drive to become a personal trainer and have a career in the fitness industry.
I have a degree in Strength and Conditioning a Level 2 Gym instructor and Level 3 Personal Training qualification, and I aim to gain more certifications within the industry such as nutrition, advanced resistance techniques etc….
My current interests are still cricket and now rugby which I picked up during my time at university and combat sports such as boxing and MMA. I believe through my knowledge of Strength and Conditioning and my passion for sport and exercise I can make people stronger, faster and overall healthier.
My aim is to make you the strongest version of yourself.
