We offer a wide range of classes to accommodate every one. Whether you are looking for a relaxing stretch based class, such as yoga, or a high intensity blast such as HIIT, we have it here!
Our fully trained, friendly instructors will guide you through each class, ensuring you get the most out of it and making adjustments where necessary. This makes all of our classes suitable for beginners as well as the advanced, our instructors are able to give you guidance when needed and offer alternative exercises to either make you work harder or easier if needed.
All of our classes are included in our memberships, however you do not need to be a member to come along to one of our classes, non-members are able to pay £5 per class.

This class offers various exercise stations focusing on cardio, strength, plyometric and core training. It is aimed to improve your cardio vascular fitness, muscle tone and core strength, a great full body workout.

Hatha Yoga is a potent alignment-orientated practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. This class is based on the physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.
High-Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. This class will challenge your mind, challenge your body and most importantly make fitness fun. This class takes place outside in all weathers.
A more intense HIIT workout, it is the ultimate in interval training and is guaranteed to get you results in the shortest time possible. Typically each exercise will last 4 minutes, (comprising of 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest) and incorporates a range of different equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight.
This is a safe, effective and fun form of exercise whilst performing boxing moves. During this class you will work your whole body, as well as improving your body movement, agility and momentum.
A high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance and balance. Work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with a 30 second period of rest in between. This class has the potential to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour.
This yoga session is based around a strong, physical and dynamic yoga programme. It involves flowing, natural body movements, stretching, breathing and respiratory control as well as strength development.

A fantastic total body workout, which focuses on primarily martial arts and boxing training. In this class, you will gain all the strength and conditioning benefits, without having to take any of the punishing blows associated with martial arts/boxing training.
