We offer a wide range of classes to accommodate every one. Whether you are looking for a relaxing stretch based class, such as yoga, or a high intensity blast such as HIIT, we have it here!
Our fully trained, friendly instructors will guide you through each class, ensuring you get the most out of it and making adjustments where necessary. This makes all of our classes suitable for beginners as well as the advanced, our instructors are able to give you guidance when needed and offer alternative exercises to either make you work harder or easier if needed.
All of our classes are included in our memberships, however you do not need to be a member to come along to one of our classes, non-members are able to pay £5 per class.
We operate a class booking system to ensure that you secure you slot as spaces are limited. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
