I incorporate over 25 years Personal Training experience into every session I deliver. As well as physical instruction I also draw on my background in Sports Massage and Injuries when devising tailor made programmes for each and every client.
After discussing your aims i.e. weight loss, sports specific, general fitness, competitive conditioning to name a few, together we will devise a program taking in to account your physical ability from day one through to your ultimate objective.
Personal Training comes in a variety of formats and styles. I draw ideas from a wide range of these including Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, Functional Fitness, TRX, Low Resistance Body Sculpting, Bodyweight Exercises to name a few. I regularly witness people using the wrong exercise program (and sometimes with bad form), to try and achieve their goals… by recruiting the services of an experienced Personal Trainer like myself, these mistakes can easily be avoided leading to faster, realistic, attainable and above all SAFE results.
