Lennie Chaney (Personal Trainer)
I have experience in training both military and civilian personnel; I’m a former British Army Physical Training Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Level 3 Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Since leaving the forces I have recently returned from training clients all over Australia. My life has always been surrounded by fitness/ training. Having competed in boxing, football and Nordic skiing (biathlon), I know how to train hard but more importantly, how to train SMART to reach goals efficiently and safely.
With each personal training session you have with me, you’ll not only have a great workout, but you’ll gain knowledge on form, technique and different styles of training. With my qualifications in kettlebells, spin, MMA and TRX training, you’ll always be learning something new.
