Mitch Coventry (Personal Trainer)
Basketball has been a big part of my background, I have played in the National League, represented the county, played for East Midlands and also had trials for England. Having played under many coaches it has allowed me to witness their different training techniques which I think helped to spark my interest in the fitness industry.
I have been qualified as a Personal Trainer since 2007, after always being interested in health and fitness. Since being qualified I have had the opportunity of working with a wide range of clients who each had a different goal that I have enjoyed helping them achieve.
All Personal Training sessions that I lead are tailored to your individual needs and requirements, centred around helping you to achieve your goals. I devise a fitness plan that you can adhere to and easily fit into part of your lifestyle; I think that there is nothing worse than trying to enjoy time with your family and friends but feeling like you are restricted on what you can eat or drink!
I always set weekly and monthly targets to ensure that you are progressing in the right direction, I will make slight adjustments along the way to make sure that you achieve your goals and ensure that you are on the right track. I do not just focus on the training within the gym, I like to help you to develop the skills and knowledge to lead a better lifestyle now and in the future.
