Tarun Val (Personal Trainer)
My aim as a personal trainer at Breedon priory health club is to make you the strongest version of yourself, I will be able to achieve this from utilising my knowledge of strength and conditioning in which I hold a degree in and, using the knowledge I have gained from my level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal training certificate.
After figuring out your personal goal whether it be to lose weight, build muscle, sport specific or even general fitness I will conduct a health screening check-up, this is basically an initial check to see your levels of fitness and your overall ability, after this I will be able to come up with a plan tailor made for you. I can provide regular updates so you can keep track of your goals, which will constantly motivate you to perform at your best. My number 1 goal is your wellbeing so making sure you are carrying out safe and correct techniques is a priority to me.
