ACCOUNTABILITY

Having a scheduled appointment will encourage you to exercise even if you don’t feel like it. You will also be more likely to exercise in-between sessions if you have been set ‘homework’ by your Personal Trainer.

JACK SMITH

I am a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer with a background in sports science. I focus on ensuring people adapt their lifestyles rather than just turning up to train and to me this is very important. I offer personal training sessions as well as semi-private sessions and paired training which can bring out a little bit of healthy competition each time you exercise together!

I offer personalised training sessions that are designed to help each individual reach their goals, but I am always looking at the bigger picture, which means sessions will also educate you as well as work

you physically. Lifestyle changes I encourage will be small and sustainable so that you can really benefit from them moving forward.

I truly believe that mental health is just as important as your physical health, this is another reason I encourage people to get involved in training in general as it will boost your mental health, each and every time you train.

DAVE MIDDLETON

I have been in the fitness industry since 1988. I am a former Army Physical Training Instructor, British Weightlifting Association Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 5 Sports Massage and Sports Injuries Therapist.

I incorporate over 30 years’ experience into every session that I deliver. As well as the physical instruction, I also draw on my background in Sports Massage and Injuries when devising tailor made programmes for each and every client.

After discussing your aims e.g. weight loss, sports specific, general fitness, competitive conditioning to name a few, together we will devise a programme taking into account your physical ability from day one through to your ultimate objective.

Personal Training comes in a variety of formats and styles. I draw ideas from a wide range of these including Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, Functional Fitness, TRX, Low Resistance Body Sculpting, Bodyweight Exercise to name a few.

I regularly witness people using the wrong exercise programme (and sometimes with bad form), to try to achieve their goals, but recruiting the services of an experienced Personal Trainer like myself, these mistakes can easily be avoided leading to faster, realistic and attainable and above all SAFE results.

Christina Aldridge-Hepenstal

I am a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer with a passion for health, fitness and lifestyle.

I believe in changing people’s lifestyles for the long term, to not only reach goals but also then maintain them. For me, fitness is what I love to do on a day-to-day basis, with a particular interest in weightlifting.

Based on your goals and level of fitness, we will work through a programme whereby I will offer support, throughout your entire journey and hold you accountable to enable you to smash your goals.

Exercise really is a lifestyle, and it is something I am a massive advocate for. Changes don’t have to be big, but smaller, more sustainable changes, are what make bigger impacts on lifestyle. This is what I try to teach all my clients.

I try to incorporate a range of different types of exercise, especially, weights based, functional fitness and HIIT. I offer 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, whether you’d like a more intimate session or if you enjoy training with a friend!

Olly Marshall

I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with a degree in Sports Coaching and a strong passion for helping people improve both their physical and mental wellbeing through exercise.
My own personal passion for fitness evolved from competing in endurance sport for several years, completing multiple marathons, an ultra-distance event and HYROX competitions. This has given me first-hand experience of training for performance, resilience and long-term progression.
I offer personalised coaching that blends strength training, conditioning and endurance work to help clients build well-rounded fitness. I work with beginners, people looking to regain confidence, and those aiming to improve performance, focusing on consistency, gradual progression and training that fits around real life.
Alongside training, I provide practical, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support performance, recovery and long-term results, without restrictive diets or short-term fixes. I place strong value on staying current with modern training methods to ensure my coaching remains effective, relevant and adaptable to each individual.
