JACK SMITH
I’m a fully qualified Level 3 personal trainer with a background in sports science, and over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, supported by a lifelong involvement in sport. I’m passionate about helping people improve both their physical and mental wellbeing, unlocking their full potential while enjoying the process along the way.
My approach goes beyond simply turning up for a workout. I focus on helping clients build sustainable lifestyle habits, because lasting results come from what you do outside the gym as much as what you do in it. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and athletes at all stages of their journey, reinforcing my belief that no two people are the same. Everyone responds differently to training, which is why every session I deliver is tailored specifically to the individual – ensuring consistent progress, regardless of experience or starting point.
I offer one-to-one personal training, as well as semi-private and paired sessions, which can bring a fun, competitive edge to your training. Alongside helping you reach your goals, I also aim to educate you, so you better understand how your training supports your progress and long-term health.
A key focus of my coaching is sport-specific conditioning. I design performance-driven sessions to develop strength, speed, agility, and overall fitness, giving you the tools to enhance your performance, whatever your sport or ability level.
I strongly believe in a sustainable approach – encouraging small, manageable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. This helps build positive habits that last, supporting long-term results both inside and outside the gym. I also place a big emphasis on mental health, as it’s just as important as physical health. Regular training can have a powerful impact on your mindset, helping you feel stronger, more confident, and more resilient with every session.

DAVE MIDDLETON
I have been in the fitness industry since 1988. I am a former Army Physical Training Instructor, British Weightlifting Association Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 5 Sports Massage and Sports Injuries Therapist.
I incorporate over 30 years’ experience into every session that I deliver. As well as the physical instruction, I also draw on my background in Sports Massage and Injuries when devising tailor made programmes for each and every client.
After discussing your aims e.g. weight loss, sports specific, general fitness, competitive conditioning to name a few, together we will devise a programme taking into account your physical ability from day one through to your ultimate objective.
Personal Training comes in a variety of formats and styles. I draw ideas from a wide range of these including Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, Functional Fitness, TRX, Low Resistance Body Sculpting, Bodyweight Exercise to name a few.
I regularly witness people using the wrong exercise programme (and sometimes with bad form), to try to achieve their goals, but recruiting the services of an experienced Personal Trainer like myself, these mistakes can easily be avoided leading to faster, realistic and attainable and above all SAFE results.

Christina Aldridge-Hepenstal
I am a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer with a passion for health, fitness and lifestyle.
I believe in changing people’s lifestyles for the long term, to not only reach goals but also then maintain them. For me, fitness is what I love to do on a day-to-day basis, with a particular interest in weightlifting.
Based on your goals and level of fitness, we will work through a programme whereby I will offer support, throughout your entire journey and hold you accountable to enable you to smash your goals.
Exercise really is a lifestyle, and it is something I am a massive advocate for. Changes don’t have to be big, but smaller, more sustainable changes, are what make bigger impacts on lifestyle. This is what I try to teach all my clients.
I try to incorporate a range of different types of exercise, especially, weights based, functional fitness and HIIT. I offer 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, whether you’d like a more intimate session or if you enjoy training with a friend!

I’m a passionate and energetic Personal Trainer whose mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and genuinely good in your body.
My passion comes from my own journey. I wasn’t a naturally sporty person growing up, and for a long time I lacked confidence both in and out of the gym. Finding fitness changed that for me. It became so much more than just exercise; it gave me confidence, structure, and a completely new relationship with myself, which is why I care so deeply about what I do now.
